 So the FIRST question that comes to mind is: Who's poor car is under all these people??? 

For those scratching their heads thinking "I don't get it"....this is a picture of people raising their hands like they have a question..now do you get it?? Anybody? Anybody?

 Now, the REAL FAQ:

1. How much do I need to pay to attend the reunion and what is included in the cost?

 The price per person is $75.00 and includes the main event on Saturday night with appetizers, dinner, dessert and non-alcoholic drinks. There will be a cash* bar available for beer and wine. In addition, the funds collected will go towards the decorations, mailings and postage, website and any other costs associated with organizing the reunion.

* Credit cards will be accepted at the bar.

 

2. How do I pay the $75.00 for the reunion?

 You have the option of paying through the reunion website by either scrolling to the bottom of the event page and clicking the “ Purchase” button or the Buy Tickets button on the Welcome Page. After you click the payment button, you will be directed to Paypal where you can either sign in and pay with your Paypal account or check out as a guest using a credit card. Paypal charges a 2.9% fee per transaction which will be paid by the reunion fund.

If you prefer, you can also pay by check, made out to BMHS 79 Reunion. Please print the registration form at the bottom of the events page, fill out and mail to:

4. I understand that Donations are being collected separate from the reunion ticket. What is that for ?

 Yes, we are collecting donations for a Class of 79 “gift to the school” which will be presented to BMHS. The money will be used towards the building of the new “Peggy Rose Moore Center Kitchen”. You can learn more about the project by going to our Donation page.

 

5. How do I Donate to the fund?

You have the same ways to donate to the fund as you do to pay for the tickets for the reunion. There will be a button at the bottom of the donation page that will take you to Paypal or, when you purchase tickets to the event, there is also an option to choose an additional donation amount. Our Paypal account will keep the funds separated to make things easier! 

If you prefer to send a check for a donation, make it out to BMHS Reunion Fund and send to Joe Hlavacka at the address above. There is a Registration Form at the bottom of the Events page that has a space to indicate a donation, so please print and fill out and send with your check for our records.

 Finally, we will have a donation jar at the reunion event on Saturday night and we are going to have a raffle for some nice prizes too with proceeds going to the fund, so make sure you bring some cash along!!

 

 3. What if I know someone who didn’t graduate with us but might want to attend the reunion?

 If someone who was not a Class of 79 classmate wants to view the website and find out more about the reunion, you can give them our website link: https://bishopmoore79.classquest.com. They can sign up as a “Guest” and then the site administrator can approve them to access the website, and pay and RSVP if they wish to attend the reunion.

 

4. I am from out of town and will need a place to stay. Do we have a block of rooms reserved at a hotel?

 Yes, we currently have a block of rooms reserved for Friday (8/2) and Saturday (8/3) for a rate of $99.00 per night at the Sheraton Orlando Hotel in Maitland. To book, either call 866-837-5175 and refer to BMHS reunion room block, code Bishop Moore High School, or use this link to reserve online:

We are hoping that reunion attendees from out of town and from in town will choose to stay at this hotel so that we can have more time ( if we choose) to spend together throughout the weekend. We are having the casual Friday night get together at the hotel’s An Tobar Irish Pub and we will also have a 2 bedroom suite in the hotel which will serve as a hang out spot throughout the weekend. In addition, there is a hotel pool where people may want to gather during the day on Saturday. 

FYI.. anything we do outside of the Saturday night event will be on your own for cost of food and drink.  

Finally and last but not least…PLEASE consider reserving a room and sooner rather than later for the following reasons: 

  >    We want you to stay at the hotel because it will be more fun!

  >    If the currently blocked 8 rooms are reserved, they will open up more for our group!

  >    AND…if the 8 rooms that are blocked are not reserved by our group, some poor committee member’s credit card will be charged the cost of the remaining unused rooms, and that makes us SAD :(

 

 5. I will not be able to attend the Saturday night event.  Can I still go to the Friday night and/or Sunday reunion activities?

 Yes! Of course! Just show up for the Friday night casual get together at the AnTobar Irish Bar but If you would like to attend the Sunday brunch, please use the form on the Contact Us page or leave a message on the Message Board to let us know, so that Waymon and his wife have the heads up.

Also, if you attend the brunch, please consider donating to the Class of 79 fund for the school in lieu of contributing to the cost of the brunch, as Waymon has requested. 

 

 6. I would like to help with the reunion in some way. How do I get in touch with the committee?
